This was my first visit to Full Heart Dentistry. The office is very inviting, comfortable and clean. The staff is warm and welcoming. Carla, the dental hygienist, is very personable and immediately put me at ease. She is easy to converse with and she explained everything through out the exam while ensuring I was comfortable. Dr. Smith is also very personal and genuine, explaining what she would be doing during the exam. Both showed exemplary service. I am glad to have found Full Heart Dentistry for my new Dentist.

The Team at Full Heart defies the common misconception of dental offices. The staff is the best. The office is very clean and organized. They make the patients’ needs a priority, provide great service and genuinely care about their profession. Even my child enjoys coming to the dentist, since day one! Dr. Smith and her whole team have created such a pleasant and enjoyable environment!

I chipped my front tooth and was so nervous about the process, timing and what it would look like to have it fixed. Dr Smith was AMAZING, she fit me right in, fixed my tooth with literally no pain and the color match is so perfect that it’s not noticeable at all! My daughters and I’ve been seeing Dr Smith for over 25 years and she always makes us as comfortable as possible. Thanks for the last minute Pre Holiday Fix up Dr Smith!

As someone with very bad dental anxiety, I can tell you that everyone here makes you feel 100% at ease. I had an appointment with Carla today, and we listened to chill Caribbean music and my appointment was a breeze! I couldn’t be happier!

It’s rare to find a place where you truly feel cared for as a patient, but they absolutely delivered. I left feeling confident in the care I received and very grateful for the time and attention they gave me. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

Always a wonderful experience going to this practice. I have learned SO much about tooth care coming here for 4 years than my whole life going to the dentist (I am 44!). They are so attentive and caring- taking time to explain exactly what’s going on and how to address issues. Beautiful office space, warm and friendly staff, and modern technology! I moved 30 minutes away and refuse to find a new dentist. Love them! Highly recommend.

I had a great visit today at Full Heart Dentistry located on Winton Road. I was given a tour of the office offered refreshments coffee tea or water. Every thing was explained step by step. The hygienist was kind and thoughtful. The Dentist Dr. Smith was great! She was gentle and made me feel very comfortable. The ambiance of the office made you forget you were in a Dentist office. I definitely will be returning.

The place is cute and clean, reception was kind and quick to get me in, and my hygienist Carla was hilarious and wonderful. They gave me a tour before we got started, seemed to have every anxiety reducing tool in their office, and just really gave me the personable atmosphere I was lacking at my last chain dentist. 10 stars, the place was so great.

I honestly could not be more pleased with my choice in Full Heart Dentistry. The full staff, from reception to hygienists to doctors, are friendly, compassionate, and most of all, gentle. I rarely write reviews but I gladly write this one. I could not recommend this office enough for your choice of dentist.
